250 gram cincau hijau (siap beli)
500 cc santan kental, direbus bersama sedikit garam dan 2 lembar daun
pandan
100 gram gula merah
200 ml air
1/2 sendok teh vanili
garam secukupnya
es serut
CARA MEMBUAT:
Masak gula merah bersama air, vanili, dan garam sambil diaduk hingga
mendidih dan kental.
Masukkan cincau dalam gelas. Siramkan larutan gula yang telah dingin.
Tuangkan santan. Tambahkan es serut.
